We’re putting together our agenda for our 2009 Spring User Group Meeting to be held in Seattle, Washington. If you’re interested in a specific topic or have a topic you’d like to present we’d love to hear from you. Bring your latest analytical challenges (perhaps also your rain jacket), and learn how other users of the Rosetta Resolver®, Syllego™, and Elucidator® systems are overcoming some of these challenges. We hope you’ll join us; we’re looking forward to showing you around our hometown!
Product Update
By Aubree Hoover, Sr. Product Manager, Genomics
The Syllego development team has worked with several researchers in the field to support other genomic analysis workflows, specifically copy number variation (CNV) studies.
This month the Syllego system team will highlight our CNV functionality at the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) meeting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Feature Spotlight
The Syllego system version 3.0 provides support for CNV data, which can be stored and managed in the Syllego system's secure, central data repository.
